HDPE Plastic

High density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic provides maximum support in functional foot orthoses and braces. It is an effective and less costly substitute than subortholene. Some customers use HDPE plastic exclusively, preferring it over the firmest foams. Molds superbly and finishes smoothly. Matte texture. Available in sheets,blanks, pre-molded blockers, and pre-made shells (p.x).

HDPE SHELLS The HDPE Shell offer 3 rigidities (3mm, 4 mm, 5mm) in a variety of colors. All shells are 3/4” length and can be easily remolded. Colors: Black, Blue, Flesh, Red Heat: 250F° - 300°F Time: 1 - 3 minutes

HDPE BLOCKERS HDPE Blockers offer the practitioner more flexibility in custom fabricating insoles. Easily molded to a cast. Colors: Black, Blue, Flesh, Red Heat: 250°F - 300°F Time: 1 - 3 minutes
